Kim,
You are being prayed for by your friend and brother in Blacksburg. May God's grace be clearly sufficient for you at this time of trial in your life and that of your family.

Hi Kim,

We haven't met although I think I have accidentally emailed you a couple of times when trying to email Kyle. I just want you to know that I'm thinking of you and your family.

I love you Kim. You are a hero of mine and I appreciate how you have so constantly given of yourself to people around you. I am thankful for your principled leadership in our church and your heart-centered devotion to God.

I appreciate your obvious love and gentle teaching for all of our children. And you have been a great father to your own excellent kids (who each continue to bless people everyday). Also, you have great taste in music and a really weird sense of humor. Get better, man.

Kim:

Be assurred of our prayer before our Father who does all things for His glory. May the Father's pleasure be your sole desire during this difficult time. We, too, rejoice that nothing will occur apart from the Father's plan.

About two days ago, I was walking through my church, while working, and started humming. I am always humming something, and rarely is it a conscious decision. A co-worker said, "Hey, what is that song? You sing it a lot."

It was, "Pass me not, O gentle Savior." I remembered immediately hearing this song for the first time when you sang it during a testimony. I don't remember why I was at ABC, or on what occasion I heard you speak. What I remember is seeing and hearing a humble man of God sing out to his Father.

Kim, Thank you for your example. I pray that you truly feel Our Gentle Savior's presence.

Imagine how confused Noah was with all the effort and cutting remarks from "friends". It seemed like a waste of time. God has turned your character into a constant burning testimony that helps people like me when I struggle deep down inside of myself. God is real. The battle is worth it.

Kim and Linda,
Greetings from Stockholm, Sweden!
Your family has been an impacting blessing upon our lives ever since we met you. Being with you is like basking in the sun (no doubt because you have basked in the Son).
We will indeed, go before the Throne with thanksgiving, and pray that God is magnified in all things.

Grateful to be your brother,
in Christ,
Joe Morell and family

Dear Kim and Linda,

I am just letting you know that I am praying for you guys. I am just letting you know that God is Sovereign and there is nothing in this world that is beyond His control. I know trials are never easy but we can rest in God's hand :-). I do hope everything will go well and I did put you on my prayerlist.

I also want to thank you for all the support that you gave me when I stayed in West Virginia in 98/99. I really did appreciate your hospitality and encouragement :). Hopefully I can give back a small part :-)

In Christ,
Philip van Reijn.
